supervisory employees of insurance companies, self-insurers and other
corporations who devote a substantial portion of their time to the
defense of damage suits or to claims administration. |

Enhances the knowledge and
improves the skills of its members. |

Supports and works for the
improvement of the adversary system of jurisprudence in
operation of the courts. |

elimination of court congestion and delays in civil

programs of public education directed toward
safety and the reduction of highway and other

Sponsors educational
seminars, a quarterly newsletter and an
annual convention. Training is also
undertaken through such vehicles as a Trial College and other special
education programs. |

Publishes a Directory of Medical Experts
available only to its members. |
